Vinification / Maceration at low temperature upon grapes removal from the stalks. Follows a thermally controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel. After there is a second fermentation in autoclave, also thermally controlled, applying the Martinotti method
Tasting / Straw yellow colour, on the nose notes of apple and banana, with hints of jasmine. In the mouth is fresh, sapid, soft, full bodied with citrus aftertaste
